Our anthem, 'Yad Achim' was written by Rav Neria in 1932. This anthem encapsulates the ideals of our religious zionist movement. The song speaks of Eretz Yisrael and that its pioneers have to maintain it and build it up. Not only is the land rich in vitality, but also in tradition. The author realised that Eretz Yisrael needed to be seen within a larger picture of Torat Yisrael; that is only Torah can be our guiding light; the star that would illuminate the way for Chalutzim of Israel.
